UPDATE - May  2020: In light of the current global situation we have extended our returns policy to 30 days on all orders..

WHAT IF THE CARRIER IS NOT ABLE TO COLLECT MY RETURN?

If for any reason your package is not collected on the day you’ve booked, please follow our usual returns instructions and book in another pick up free of charge.

ROZALIA FASHION LTD ONLINE RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days.

If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging (including the hand tag).

1 - CREATE & PRINT A RETURN LABEL

Click on Contact Us Footer Menu button .you can also access your order history from Your Account . Enter your Order Number (  Reference Number ) and your email address And Click Send Or Submit Button
Select the items you may want to return, the reason for returning, the preferred return method (drop off to a collection point or carrier pick up at desired address). Follow the instructions provided during the process and print the return label provided.

2 - PACK YOUR RETURN

Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to reuse the polybag or box you received. Seal the package securely and attach the return label on the outside of your parcel. Please make sure all old shipping labels, stickers, and other materials have been removed or voided

3 - DROP THE PRODUCTS OR HAND THEM TO THE CARRIER

Drop off the package at the selected location within the opening hours or wait for the carrier pick up at your address. Make sure someone is at home when the carrier is scheduled to come to pick up the package.

4 - RETURN CONFIRMATION & REFUND

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been accepted and processed. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected by our quality assurance team. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to be visible on your account.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the Products and get a refund, this is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.

In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.

LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR FAULTY GOODS

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Rozalia fashion ltd returns policy states that they accept items returned with proof of purchase at any time up to 7days of receipt. An exchange or full refund may be obtained for any returned item.

Rozalia fashion ltd  accepts a number of items as proof of purchase: your rozalia fashion receipt, credit card receipt, or your statement or dispatch note.

Returned items which have been reduced in price to 50% or less may only be exchanged or refunded on a Rozalia fashion ltd cardholders may have the full purchase price refunded to their Rozalia fashion ltd card provided that the purchase was made on that card. Returned items without proof of purchase may only be exchanged for alternative items at the current selling price. Concession items may be exchanged or refunded provided that the store you are returning to has that particular concession and your return is accompanied by proof of purchase. Rozalia fashion ltd Desire stores can only refund or exchange items which are available in the store. Items not available in Rozalia fashion ltd Desire stores and therefore not eligible for return there include mens wear,kids ware, women's ware , and certain concession products.

There are some items which are excluded from the  Rozalia fashion ltd returns policy. The excluded items include; gift experiences, furniture, beds, and custom made or altered items, unless they are miss described or faulty. For health reason items such as pierced jewelry, cosmetics, swimwear and underwear cannot be accepted for return unless they are damaged or somehow faulty, or unless the hygiene seals on the items are unbroken. Also, quilts, duvets, pillows, and mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened . unless the items in question are damaged or faulty.

Although it is possible to return items without a receipt, refunds require a receipt, items returned without a receipt can only be exchanged for other items, and exclusions apply.
